Performance Nutrition – Certain Rules

There are certain simple truths about exercise and diet. Some of these simple and special truths are generally ignored. Every time when you sit down to eat, you should always ask yourself, “What are you going to do for the next 3 hours of your life. If it is sitting at your desk working them consume fewer carbohydrate food products.

Fourth
